I love Jetara

Hello visitors! My name is Je’Tara (well… really it is just my alias) and I’ve created this blog to speak of certain health supplements and how they can affect long-term well-being.

I am not a doctor, but I do a lot of research online with respect to these types of products (such as Propranolol).

Please check the posts below for updated information regarding supplements and medications.

Propranolol

Propranolol ChemistryPropranolol is often prescribed to treat high blood pressure, as well as to prevent a heart attack, chest pain or abnormal heart rhythms. Depending on which form of propranolol you have been prescribed you will have to take it once a day or several times a day. If you are taking the extended-release tablet it is supposed to be taken once a day.

If you have to take the immediate-acting medicine it should be taken from two to four times a day. Continue taking this medicine for as long as your health care provider recommended, as stopping suddenly may cause chest pain or even a heart attack.

If you did not exactly understand the instructions provided by your doctor ask him to explain again or consult your pharmacist for more information. As with any other drugs it’s very important that you understand exactly how to take propranolol and what you are not supposed to do during the treatment.

Taking propranolol and drinking alcohol increases the risk of developing drowsiness. Unless you know for sure that propranolol does not cause drowsiness in you, do not drink and operate any machinery as you will be putting other people’s lives at risk.

Trouble falling asleep, dizziness, diarrhea, rash and unusual tiredness are a few side effects that you may experience while your body is adjusting to the dosage prescribed. If you think the dosage you have been recommended is too high or to low do not alter it without previously talking to your doctor as this is fraught with serious health consequences and new side effects.

When you think you have taken too much of propranolol and have any of the following symptoms seek emergency medical assistance: fainting, uneven heartbeat, weakness, and dizziness.

Beyonce Shares Her Secret

Beyonce Diet After PregnancyBeyonce was considered to be one of the most beautiful women in the world. Je’Tara doesn’t agree with this claim, but many still wanted to know her secrets as far as keeping such a slim figure. Well, Beyonce’s Lemonade Detox Diet secret is out! We certainly have gone ahead and visited this site: http://lemondetox.net/ and did some reading about what famous actors and actresses in Hollywood had been using to quickly melt away belly fat so they could look their best as fast as possible.

Cleaning the liver is apparently very important in ensuring that your dieting and exercising efforts are not wasted. Many doctors claim that doing this is so crucial that without it you may as well give up right from the start. Beyonce claimed that this secret was the way that she was able trim down after her pregnancy from Jay-Z.

Can you believe her results? Is this really the only thing that she’s been using to look so great?

Who is Je’Tara?

So I have decided to do a blogger challenge to get myself back accustomed to blogging. I haven’t been doing much writing of any sorts lately and since it’s something I love I kinda miss it. So the first day of the challenge is my introduction. Here goes…

My name is Je’Tara. I am 23 years old and currently employed by the fast food industry. Blah. I have a LOVE for music and words and I love putting them together. As a few of you know my dream is to become a songwriter. I plan to go back to school this summer and finish up my degree soon. Umm it’s weird writing about myself and I am not that good at it. Lol maybe tomorrows challenge will be easier.
